About THE FOUNDER

Hello!

I’m Rebecca Coon,

founder of Live Aligned.

For 15 years, I worked at the intersection of biology, art, and education, designing museum exhibits, community education programs, and guiding college students through self-discovery and career alignment. I loved that work — but while I was helping others grow, I was quietly burning out and losing touch with my own soulful essence.

I longed for a framework to support both my outward, career-related efforts to make positive impacts while simultaneously nurturing my deeply feeling inner world. I needed something that integrated creativity, nature-inspired thinking, and open-minded reverence for life's mysteries — a place that didn't ask me to choose between wonder or evidence.

I couldn't find that, so I built it.

Live Aligned — and its signature life alignment framework, Roots to Radiate — is that space.

What I Believe

Much of Live Aligned is influenced by my guiding beliefs, including the following concepts:

Life is intricately beautiful, unavoidably messy, and often painful.
True fulfillment comes from being compassionate and real with ourselves, honoring our inner gifts, and rooting ourselves in our values.
The world needs kind-hearted, creative thinkers to feel at home enough in themselves that they have the energy and courage to share their brilliance in support of solving important problems and creating beauty.
We are made of an awe-inspiring, interconnected biological magic that binds us to nature, each other, and past and future generations.
When we honor what is unique within us, alongside the humanity and biology we collectively share, we open possibilities to heal ourselves and build a more beautiful world for current and future generations.

My Beautiful, Messy Life

These days, I'm navigating the beautiful chaos of motherhood, partnership, and building something new — finding balance in small joys like searching for garden bugs with my kids, watching them learn new things (swimming! reading!), and family walks in the mountains near our home in the Front Range of Colorado.
